INTRODUCTION
Ashbrook Housing invests in social housing, increasing the supply of quality affordable homes across the UK.
Named after a tree associated with strength and protection while a brook implies a sense of flow into something greater, Ashbrook Housing was founded in 2022 by a team of highly experienced housing industry professionals with a mission to improve the quality and increase the nationwide delivery of social housing.
OUR APPROACH
Through partnerships with Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Cre Providers, Housing Charities and Property Developers, Ashbrook Housing delivers homes to communities through refurbishing existing stock for Specialised Supported Housing and Housing for Homelessness, as well as new homes through Section 106 for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership schemes.
While our housing offers stability to vulnerable adults and makes renting or owning a quality home more accessible for individuals and families, it also offers an opportunity for investors who prioritise responsible, sustainable investment.

We improve the energy efficiency of any second-hand home we refurbish and with new builds, we endeavour to align with The Future Homes Standard, which will ensure that new homes built from 2025 produce 75-80% less carbon emissions.
RESPONSIBLE INVESTMENT
Any property investment we make undergoes stringent due diligence checks. These include: condition surveys, local market rent assessments, Local Authority demands and Vacant Possession values.
VALUE CREATION
We add value to second-hand properties through refurbishment works that reduce carbon emissions and ensure all housing under our management is maintained in excellent condition.
