SECTION 106 HOUSING
Section 106 is a legally binding planning agreement between a developer and a local authority that is put in place to ensure that a certain percentage of a new development or number of dwellings will be reserved for social housing.

Our affordable rental properties are supplied to Local Authorities through our partnerships with Registered Providers and rented to families and individuals on the housing register across the UK.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST
We strive to provide affordable housing at the same standard as the best properties found in the open rental market but to ensure affordability, our rents are capped at 80% of the market rent in local areas.
We work closely with Local Authorities and Registered Providers to ensure the housing we supply is closely aligned with local housing needs.
All affordable rental properties that we provide to Local Authorities receive a 24hr repairs and management service and are maintained in great condition.
SHARED OWNERSHIP
Shared ownership offers a more accessible entry point to aspiring home-buyers who wish to get onto the property ladder.
While shared ownership home-buyers still pay rent on the portion that they don’t own, deposit and mortgage amounts tend to be significantly lower than the route of buying an entire property, which given the UK’s housing shortage and rising living costs, is unfortunately not an option for many workers across the nation.
